Call for Minisymposia is now open
It is our pleasure to announce the 5th African Conference on Computational Mechanics
(AfriComp2020) to be held in Cape Town 30th November to 2nd December 2020.
We invite you to participate in this distinguished scientific and technical event to submit a proposal
to organize a Minisymposium in a topic close to your expertise.
AfriComp is an international conference series providing a forum for researchers and students in
computational mechanics on the African continent to interact with members of the computational
mechanics community from around the world. Accordingly, the conference will be open to the latest
developments in all aspects of computational mechanics and applied mathematics. We particularly
encourage proposals for Minisymposia in new and developing areas that broaden the fields of
application and promote them in Africa.
Please feel free to recommend other internationally known researchers who may contribute to this
phase of the Conference organization.
Guidelines for the proposal and organization of Minisymposia as well as further information
concerning the conference may be found on the conference website https://www.africomp2020.org.
Key Date: Deadline for submission of proposals for Minisymposia is the 31th October 2019.
